Product Description When using your TV or computer, there's nothing more frustrating than encountering poor reception. Now there's a fast and effortless way to make your signal strength up to 32 times more powerful! The Motorola Signal Booster enhances analog and digital picture quality, improves cable modem communication, and reduces lost data. It's easy to install and tools are not required. This device also allows you to optimize multiple broadband devices in your home - televisions, cable set-top boxes, cable modems, VCRs, and digital radios - all from one convenient cable. Clearly, the Motorola Signal Booster is a strong alternative to weak signal quality.

This device fixed my digital cable woes July 25, 2008 We have had digital cable for a while in our residential complex, but after Comcast upgraded their cabling in surrounding areas recently, we have had problems with reception of several digital channels, which tended to go blank every now & then. We called them up only to learn that we would have to pay for new cabling all the way to our apartment in order to reliably receive their digital service, whereas it worked fine before.
However, ever since we have installed this device, all of the digital channels are very solid now, and we haven't had a reason to consider paying for new cabling. I would highly recommend this device to anyone who is experiencing poor digital signal over the cable.
Apartment Building Antenna Boost July 23, 2008 I live in an 18 unit building with an shared antenna; the reception has always been of borderline quality. After getting a television capable of receiving digital broadcast, I had decided I'd have to get cable, as I was unable to receive many of the digital stations. This signal booster has eliminated the need for cable - pulls in every station available in my area(both Los Angeles and Orange counties), all sharp and clear. This far exceeded my expectations.
It worked! July 23, 2008 I bought this to connect my broadband internet and 2 HDTVs and I am amazed! A++++ (wait this isnt ebay) oh well A++++++. I also bought the Ultralink PLATINUM Series Videophile Pro-3 2GHz 3-Way Signal Splitter and they both work great in unison. I would recommend this to anyone experiencing signal problems. Thanks Amazon.com if we were in jail together I'd protect you in the shower :)
Works As Advertised July 22, 2008 I bought the Motorola 484095-001-00 Signal Booster to boost the signal to the TV, 110 feet from the antenna splitter. Without the booster, the digital over-the-air signals were so bad that they either were a blue screen or were flickering with pixel loss. I got the Motorola 484095-001-00 Signal Booster and found it very easy to install, only minutes, and the signals were boosted so that all the channels came in clear. This product works as advertised and I highly recommend it.
Insignificant signal improvement July 21, 2008 The Motorola Signal Booster was a major disappointment. The main reason I bought this product is because I wanted to have a much better cable signal for our two TV sets. However, as I found out the hard way, this product does not boost the signal at all. I've tried the recommendations/instructions of several reviewers but just the same, it does not work as advertised. The only configuration that showed very little improvement was when I connected the Motorola booster in one of the outputs of my AR 2.5GHz 2-way video splitter. If I connect it before the splitter, it just mess up the signal. This is one product I regret buying. It's a total waste of money.
