 Everything It's Advertised To Be June 22, 2008
I recently purchased this frame based on other reviews that I read; and it has lived up to everyone's praises. It's extremely easy to set up; especially if you have your pictures on a flash drive. Just plug it in the USB port and the slide show begins. Adding your pictures takes a little longer than that; since copying to the internal memory isn't very speedy; however, again, it's not complicated. The slide show options are ample and the picture quality is excellent.
I am very happy with this purchase and I will purchase it again to give as gifts. I'm sure you'll be as happy as me once you make your purchase of this frame!
 Good, but? June 21, 2008
I received this product yesterday, and was quite happy to set it up and get it started. I was able to transfer the pictures from my camera to the frame, but had trouble transferring pictures (my son's wedding pictures) from the computer to the frame. I was really looking forward to having them on the frame. It may be because I am not all that great with electronic equipment. Or there may be some glitch between software. Anyway, I plan to enlist the aid of my daughter (a true techie) to help me out when she comes to visit for the 4th of July w/e. The delivery was fine--(except it took a while to get it), but it was in good shape and I am glad it has a remote. For me the size is fine. I have it on an end table in the living room. I might have to revise this review if my daughter also has a problem with transferring the pictures from the computer to the digital frame. I am holding onto the box and all, in case I end up returning it.
 Total piece of junk & support is worse June 12, 2008
Software did not install properly so I downloaded it from their web site. That only partially worked. I have never had a problem w/ a pug & play device on the computer I attempted to install it on. Their customer support is a joke. I was on hold twice for 20 mins and finally gave up and returned the product. I will never purchase anything from by this manufacturer again.

Product worked great, picture quality and size was perfect for the office. Very easy to use, Plug in power adapter and insert memory card slide show started automatically.
All features can be changed with hand held remote control, no need to pick up frame to access buttons on the back etc... Very pleased with frame quality (wood) and intend to purchase a second.

This frame is all it is advertised to be. For the price it can't be beat. Wished for features: being able to select multiple albums from the same chip and having the ability to autozoom pictures for optimum use of the screen real estate. Otherwise, it is perfect!
